Careers in FMCG depend on the academic qualifications that an individual brings to the table.  As with any industry, experience is also an important factor that is used to as a deciding factor by recruiters to know which candidate they should higher.  Candidates can either occupy entry-level positions or can go for more specialized areas based on their preferences and expertise.  A bachelor’s degree in business administration on any other related area that pertains to FMCG careers is necessary to undertake roles with great degree of responsibility. Many companies will provide the necessary training to ensure that the candidate is on par with their requirements.
